Client Responsibilities

This ensures the planning, onboarding, and design process flows smoothly.
Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Payments for planning services, travel design, events, celebrations, or consulting are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in your signed contract. Refunds are not issued for change of mind. All travel bookings follow supplier policies. Reschedule fees may apply. Chargebacks or payment disputes are prohibited once services begin. Your signed contract will always override the general policies listed here.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A’yesha Gaetán Collectives LLC is not liable for personal injury, property damage, delays or cancellations, lost profits, third-party issues, weather or natural events, miscommunication caused by inaccurate client information, or indirect or incidental damages.
